About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage operations for commercial vehicles.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure each team meets monthly deliverables.
- Oversee team and resource management.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Map processes and evaluate opportunities for synergies and improvements, focusing on performance and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues and develop and implement new strategies and approaches.
- Maintain client relationships, leading weekly/monthly meetings and presenting KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience in developing and managing performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting performance analysis.
- Experience in process improvement and operational transformation projects.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
