About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement and monitor sustainability/ESG governance structures for the client, working in collaboration with other technical areas.
  • Develop and update the client's ESG matrix.
  • Coordinate social initiatives and projects tied to tax incentives agreed with the government, including negotiation, implementation, documentation management and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare the company's annual sustainability report, conducting interviews, synthesizing materials and producing the necessary reports and publications.
  • Prepare the company's double materiality report, conducting interviews, synthesizing materials and producing the relevant reports and publications. Coordinate the client's Sustainability Committee.
  • Develop materials and executive presentations, conduct strategic assessments and monitor KPIs.
  • Represent the department in strategic internal and external meetings.
  • Report on target achievement using the company's official systems.
  • Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to identify ESG trends and best practices, providing relevant insights for the company's strategy.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with company rules and meet high technical quality standards, ensuring all results are aligned with the company's communication strategy, ESG objectives and brand image.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, Journalism, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience in Sustainability or ESG (required).
  • Experience with KPI monitoring and governance (preferred).
  • Strategic profile with strong stakeholder management and corporate communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude, continually seeking improvements and innovation opportunities in the ESG area.
  • Results-oriented, focused on achieving targets and company objectives.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in dynamic environments and respond to rapidly changing scenarios.
