About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct audits across the dealership network in accordance with the checklist defined by the client.
Plan and organize audit materials, evaluate evidence and issue reports, as well as implement training initiatives and support materials for dealerships.
Prepare management reports and presentations demonstrating audit results and indicators, including suggested improvement actions and monitoring progress.
Develop ESG engagement initiatives for the dealership network.
Operationalize the sustainability/ESG governance structure, working in collaboration with other technical areas. Support the development and update of the ESG Matrix.
Support coordination of the Sustainability Committee.
Support the development of strategic materials, surveys and monitoring of ESG KPIs.
Participate in strategic meetings.
Support market analysis and benchmarking to identify trends and best practices in ESG, providing relevant insights for the company’s strategy.
Ensure deliverables comply with company rules and meet a high standard of technical quality, ensuring all results are aligned with communication, ESG and brand image strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, Journalism, Production Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
Languages: Advanced English (required), Spanish (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in audits and management systems is mandatory. Experience with KPI monitoring and governance is desirable.
Proactivity and initiative to continuously seek improvements and innovation in the ESG area. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving company goals and objectives.
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in dynamic environments and respond to rapid changes.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail, organization, resilience, ability to synthesize information and assertive communication, continuous improvement mindset and adaptability.
