About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and schedule audits at dealerships
- Prepare preliminary analyses and an audit plan based on warranty performance indicators, results of previous audits, and prior action plans
- Review warranty and courtesy processes presented by dealerships
- Audit dealership users of the SAGA 2.0 system
- Conduct technical meetings as needed
- Review technical and billing documentation for warranty processes (work orders, DISS, part requests, service history, part/service/rental invoices, technical service reports, employee records, ATC time logs, gate control records, and other supporting documents as required)
- Execute and control audit charges
- Draft and periodically update the Warranty Audit manuals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Previous experience in the automotive sector with warranty routines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (preparing executive presentations)
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret performance indicators
- Desired: Knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with audit processes, compliance, or warranty management
