About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and integrate the dealership training initiatives (Volkswagen Academy) and customer experience management (CRC - Customer Relations Center).
Define and implement the training strategy for the dealership network (Sales, After-Sales, and Technical).
Ensure standardization, certification, and adherence to Volkswagen's global guidelines.
Measure the impact of training on performance indicators.
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure service quality, efficient issue resolution, and management of critical escalations.
Turn service data into continuous improvement plans for the network and to protect the brand.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in the automotive market and in managing corporate training programs
Leadership and influencing skills, executive-level communication, and stakeholder management
Advanced English
