Post-Sales Supervisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and integrate the dealership training initiatives (Volkswagen Academy) and customer experience management (CRC - Customer Relations Center).
- Define and implement the training strategy for the dealership network (Sales, After-Sales, and Technical).
- Ensure standardization, certification, and adherence to Volkswagen's global guidelines.
- Measure the impact of training on performance indicators.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure service quality, efficient issue resolution, and management of critical escalations.
- Turn service data into continuous improvement plans for the network and to protect the brand.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the automotive market and in managing corporate training programs
- Leadership and influencing skills, executive-level communication, and stakeholder management
- Advanced English
