Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the evolution of post-sales business KPIs (parts, accessories, labor hours, pass-throughs, labor revenue, and average ticket).
Inform stakeholders of the business status by comparing current performance with historical data and projections.
Understand requests from involved areas to extract data accurately.
Create queries to extract data from the VW retail system and perform analyses with reports to meet requesters' needs.
Coordinate with relevant areas to align on required reports/databases for studies and analyses.
Validate daily with the external provider of the VW retail system that files were received and processed correctly.
Define the closing cutoff date based on data processing.
Send closing reports with analysis of key indicators.
Manage VW user access on the VW retail system website.
Analyze current processes and propose improvements in data structures, automations, and tables.
Open tickets to resolve issues related to the VW retail system.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT (Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems) or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English.
Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and handling large datasets).
SQL (data extraction and manipulation).
Experience or background in data analysis.
Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx.
Experience in the automotive sector.
Intermediate Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with SAP.
