About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Update tracking spreadsheets and reports (Excel/Google Sheets);
  • Assist in organizing physical and digital files, ensuring traceability;
  • Support the interface with internal areas (procurement, tax, accounting) to collect information;
  • Assist with monthly closings (reconciliation and support activities);
  • Contribute to simple process improvements and data organization;
  • Support the accounting, treasury and controllership teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Intermediate Excel; knowledge of Power BI and process automation is a plus;
  • Collaborative profile with good communication skills and an interest in professional development.
