About the role
- Act as a generalist in Human Resources, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors system;
- Ensure HR processes are structured, integrated, and that all employee and training information is managed accurately;
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors, including configuration, data loading, testing (UAT), and validation of information;
- Serve as the focal point between the local and global teams, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines;
- Attend project meetings, ensuring deadlines, delivery quality, and adherence to processes;
- Employee Central (EC) – maintenance and verification of employee information, org charts, cost centers, and structural workforce data;
- Recruiting (REC) – design of recruitment and selection processes, approval workflows, new-hire onboarding integration, and candidate management;
- Onboarding (ONB) – planning and executing new-hire integration processes, ensuring a consistent experience and recording information in the system;
- Learning Management System (LMS) – full management of training and development, including planning, monitoring, recording, and tracking compliance with mandatory training;
- Performance Management & Goal Management (PMGM) – defining performance evaluation cycles, monitoring results, integrating with goals, and facilitating continuous feedback;
- Compensation (COMP) – managing compensation policies, salary adjustments, package reviews, and alignment with budget and corporate guidelines;
- Variable Pay / Pay – administration of variable payments, bonuses, and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
- Succession & Development Planning (SPCDP) – monitoring succession plans, identifying strategic talent, and developing employees for key positions;
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the system and HR modules;
- Develop support materials and guide users in platform usage;
- Monitor HR indicators and reports, including training, performance, and compliance KPIs;
- Support engagement, organizational climate initiatives, and health, safety, and well-being programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors;
- Advanced English;
- Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
- Generalist experience across all HR subprocesses;
- Problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and clear communication.
- Preferred:
- Postgraduate degree.
