About the role

  • Perform analyses and approve warranty processes/requests;
  • Provide documentation for warranty/courtesy repairs;
  • Assess and advise dealerships regarding warranty processes and related performance;
  • Analyze and statistically monitor warranty payments and discuss findings with technical teams;
  • Participate in monthly meetings with the BackOffice team regarding top items;
  • Prepare management reports on results and KPIs;
  • Process warranty credits and debits;
  • Support dealerships with questions about warranty processes;
  • Perform analyses and post debits for parts involved in repairs;
  • Analyze and handle repairs WITHOUT parts replacement;
  • Review suppliers' special requests regarding chargeback debits;
  • Maintain data to ensure correct processing and issuance of credit postings to dealerships and suppliers related to chargeback billing;
  • Prepare management reports for warranty payments and supplier chargebacks;
  • Provide support for Technical Factor analysis together with suppliers and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Desired: Experience in the automotive sector;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
