About the role
- Monitor and manage billing and chargebacks related to parts and labor performed under warranty and courtesy repairs, and issue a monthly control report;
- Perform parts inventory, comparing paid parts with received parts;
- Review SGs (Warranty Requests) to ensure correct billing of amounts involved in the processes;
- Communicate with dealerships and generate control reports;
- Post debits for irregular processes in internal/proprietary systems;
- Respond to and support dealerships via Salesforce.
Requirements
- Completed technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience in the automotive sector.
- Desired:
- - Experience in the automotive sector;
- - Intermediate English;
- - Knowledge of Power BI.
