About the role
- Develop and coordinate launch strategies for new models and model years, working together with all internal areas involved.
- Prepare executive presentations to obtain approval for strategies from company Board members.
- Propose solutions and lead cross-functional teams on launch projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines and deliverables are met in accordance with the Product Development Process (PEP).
- Conduct working meetings focused on operational and strategic management of deliverables, ensuring proper implementation of activities and achievement of defined KPIs.
- Ensure the correct availability of vehicle versions and quantities for launch functional vehicles for the Sales, Marketing and other involved teams.
- Develop and distribute official launch plans in the Marketing Administration System (SAM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Familiarity with innovation methodologies and approaches is desirable
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Results-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on solutions
