About the role
- Owning Aftersales commercial performance across workshop, parts, labour and service plans, including achievement of agreed turnover and profit targets.
- Planning and delivering Aftersales volume and retention targets across the national Car Parc in line with Business Plan commitments.
- Driving Dealer Network performance through KPI management, financial analysis and targeted countermeasures.
- Developing and implementing Aftersales loyalty programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Leading national Aftersales marketing initiatives, pricing strategies and campaigns to grow revenue and brand loyalty.
- Managing Roadside Assistance and Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) programs to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Overseeing Customer Experience Management (CEM) programs and ensuring continuous improvement across the Dealer Network.
- Managing and evolving Aftersales operational standards, CI/CD requirements and local market adaptations.
- Partnering with Network Development on new and upgraded facilities to ensure Aftersales requirements are met.
- Driving digital and connectivity initiatives, including Audi Connect systems, in line with global strategy.
- Ensuring clear, aligned and brand-consistent communication across the Dealer Network and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Aftersales, Service and Parts management within an automotive or dealer network environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large-scale revenue, profit and marketing budgets.
- Experience working with dealer networks to drive performance, retention and operational standards.
- Solid understanding of Aftersales digital platforms, eCommerce and customer experience programs.
- Ability to operate confidently at senior stakeholder level, both locally and globally.
- Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or equivalent practical experience.
