• Creating requisitions via Success Factors (SF) to track recruitment campaigns end-to-end.
• Ensuring Hiring Managers have updated Job Descriptions and have secured necessary approvals prior to hire.
• Screening candidates and completing phone screens with both internal and external candidates and making recommendations for interview.
• Scheduling interviews and creating interview guides alongside hiring managers to ensure compliance requirements are met and interview guides stored and returned and stored appropriately.
• Responsibility for all Recruitment administration, including storage of relevant documentation.
• Provide clear and timely updates to all applicants throughout the process, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Providing advice to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners around difficult to fill roles, task assessments, salary benchmarking and internal processes including background checks, employment checks and right to work.
• Facilitating the pre-employment check process and managing ongoing visa checking requirements.
• Deliver feedback and outcome to all interviewed candidates (successful & unsuccessful).
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly induction for new starters.
• Ad hoc project and administrative tasks to support the HR team strategy and goals as required.
