About the role
- Develop financing solutions for our clients to help them realize their housing goals
- Support our customer advisors in branch offices on housing finance matters
- Establish and continuously expand housing financing activities in line with our business strategy
- Perform comprehensive analysis and assessment of residential construction and renovation projects in close cooperation with other specialist departments
- Work closely with our sales partners
- Analyze and execute cross-selling activities
Requirements
- Commercial education with further qualifications in finance and, ideally, in the real estate industry
- Experience as a client advisor with a focus on housing finance
- Enthusiasm for housing finance and a commitment to continuous learning to stay current with developments and trends
- Analytical approach and experience in systematically developing financing options
- Entrepreneurial and systems-oriented thinking
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and negotiation ability
