About the role
- Design and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys across all digital channels, including the website, banking app, and other platforms
- Conceptualize, design, and prototype user-centered interfaces (e.g., wireframes and mockups)
- Translate user needs and journey insights into concrete UI designs that are intuitive, accessible, and on-brand
- Analyze customer behavior (e.g., user flows, A/B testing, surveys) to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
- Document and visualize planned customer journeys and designs to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, UX/UI, Design, Business, or a related field
- Experience developing and optimizing customer journeys, user flows, and digital interfaces
- Strong proficiency with common UI/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Confident handling of quantitative and qualitative data to make data-driven design decisions
- You demonstrate trust, local orientation, and customer focus in your day-to-day work
- You are communicative, structured, and enjoy working in a team
