About the role
- Execute project tasks in support of AssetWorks software implementations
- Deliver initial training of AssetWorks software functionality
- Conduct Business Process Analysis
- Perform data mapping, migration, review, and ongoing support
- Document Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide end-user training delivery
- Handle system configuration, testing, and validation
- Support Go-Live cutover
- Capture and document custom interface requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a user or implementer of AssetWorks AiM, GO, or ReADY software
- Experience working with relational databases
- Experience as an employee or business partner of a facilities organization in the public or higher education sector
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of MS Project
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous but not required.
