About the role
- Support customers in the implementation and operational use of the Across Language Server
- Provide structured consulting on process optimization, best practices, and product configuration
- Onboarding and training new users
- Support presales activities and proof-of-concept phases
- Assist with updates, migrations, and rollout planning
- Collaborate with technical consultants and account managers
- Support internal teams with documentation and process improvements from the field
Requirements
- Fluency in German (native level)
- Strong English skills (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of translation and localization workflows
- Structured, service-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup (remote/on-site in Karlsbad)
