• Own end‑to‑end project delivery from planning through release and stabilization

• Drive end-to-end business analysis for payments solutions, working across real-time, clearing, and settlement systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, message mappings, and user stories while ensuring alignment with ISO 20022 standards.
• Collaborate closely with banks, product, and engineering teams to support delivery, testing, and production readiness across the payments lifecycle.

Engineering Manager

• Own one or more product modules end-to-end across design, development, testing, release, and production support
• Design and build API-first, extensible architectures supporting customization without code forks
• Drive high engineering standards across scalability, performance, security, observability, and reliability
• Lead agile delivery with predictable execution, strong planning, and outcome-focused tracking
• Implement automation-first practices across CI/CD, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Partner with Product to translate business requirements into clear, testable technical designs
• Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, fostering ownership, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
