About the role

  • Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget, forecast, and historical results.
  • Build and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term financial models.
  • Conduct and support profitability, cost, pricing, and margin analyses.
  • Support strategic decisions through financial simulations and scenario analysis/modeling.
  • Prepare reports, scenarios, and ad-hoc presentations for leadership with speed and accuracy.
  • Act as the finance partner to the business units.
  • Collaborate with Controllership to ensure consistency of figures and clear communication of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or related areas.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments and companies with multiple business units.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Desired: experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Query) and handling large volumes of data.
  • Desired: experience participating in forecasting/process improvement projects.
  • Desired: Intermediate to Advanced English.
