Technical Support Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
- Administering and managing Voices’ Google Workspace, MDM, Zero-Trust and office network systems.
- Assisting HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks, related to hardware and software.
- Managing the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS.
- Required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days/week.
- Requires occasional after hours work to resolve urgent requests or to perform network maintenance.
