About the role

  • Ensure the team delivers value by understanding product scope and team capacity to ensure execution and delivery
  • Drive the definition of Quarterly Objectives for the product and team, looking for consensus within the team and with the Leadership Team
  • Propose, define, track and report key results and KPIs
  • Plan around dependencies and ensure predictable delivery
  • Identify and manage risks, working with teams to implement mitigations
  • Ensure tech debt is properly pushed within the team
  • Improve the performance of the team: improve team processes like speeding code merge reviews or task definitions
  • Improve your team's automations and CI pipelines
  • Push strategic improvements in your team to elevate the company to the next level
  • Take care of the team's motivation and engagement
  • Support team members' development by setting goals, creating plans, and helping them succeed

Requirements

  • Proficient English Level (C1)
  • +3 years leading teams and experience working with remote teams
  • Strong track record of managing technical projects using Agile methodologies
  • Good understanding of business and user behaviour metrics and digital product definition processes
  • Extensive experience in mobile software development and marketplaces
  • Experience planning, configuring and maintaining CI pipelines
  • Understanding and experience building unit, integration and E2E tests
