About the role

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
  • Own performance targets, including CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet efficiency and growth goals.
  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets, striking a balance between experimentation and scalable, profitable growth.
  • Coordinate and manage the creative pipeline: define creative needs, brief designers and creators, test variations, and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively optimize targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnels.
  • Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests) across ads, audiences, formats, and landing experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Creative, and Data teams to align paid media with broader growth initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices across paid media ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing / paid media campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Proven experience running and scaling campaigns at least on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV) and how to optimize toward business outcomes.
  • Background in gaming or creator economy industries, or relevant experience at agencies with tech clients.
  • Ability to identify and create audience segments based on interest behaviour, geos and demographics.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with creative testing frameworks and managing a high-volume creative flow.
  • Confidence working in dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to extract insights and guide decisions.
  • Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
