About the role

  • Own and improve product delivery end-to-end.
  • Take responsibility for the technical product delivery journey, from pre-sales scoping and implementation design to live customer workspaces.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of complexity across integrations, configuration, and rollout processes.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and requirements clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured product initiatives and priorities.
  • Shape technical product architecture and scalability.
  • Enable self-service and low-/no-code delivery.
  • Measure impact and continuously improve.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Product Manager, Software Engineering, Technical Program Manager, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in integration and security architecture, including topics such as SSO, VPNs, REST APIs, and communication protocols.
  • Solid coding literacy.
  • Excellent communicator comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Enjoy structured problem-solving and have a strong ability to break down complex systems into scalable, repeatable solutions.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Curiosity, pragmatism, and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Knowledge in legacy enterprise system stacks like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • German language skills are highly preferred; fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
