About the role

  • You are the main contact for numbers, postings and integrations for our professional property management agencies.
  • You ensure the accounting setup is correct and that questions are resolved promptly.
  • You independently conduct onboarding and advisory sessions with customers and their tax advisors to establish a clean foundation for financial accounting in our software.
  • You analyze accounting matters, identify solutions for user errors and resolve discrepancies that may arise during reconciliations with tax advisors.
  • You answer questions about the application, features and accounting processes within the software.
  • You work closely with tax advisors and our customers and act as a knowledgeable translator between accounting terminology and software logic.
  • In this role, you combine your accounting expertise with technical understanding to help ensure the financial success of our customers.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have experience from a tax firm (e.g., qualification as a tax clerk) or solid, practical experience in financial accounting.
  • You have a strong numerical understanding and enjoy independently analyzing complex issues and uncovering sources of error.
  • Fluent written and spoken German is essential for handling complex matters. English skills are a plus.
  • Your open and service-oriented manner makes it easy for you to communicate on equal terms with both accounting professionals and users without prior knowledge.
  • You are tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with new digital processes.
  • You work in a structured, independent and highly reliable manner — accuracy is your priority, especially in the financial area.
  • You remain calm under pressure; when multiple requests arrive simultaneously, you keep a clear head and stay the friendly point of stability.
