QA Engineer

• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and processes throughout the manufacturing cycle by developing and managing quality systems; ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Manage and mentor quality team on standards, procedures, and best practices to achieve departmental goals
• Lead team to successful PPAP new product launches
• Oversee APQP schedule, including quality project milestones
• Lead and implement effective use and maintenance of core tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, SOPs etc.)
• Ensure control plans and associated documents are implemented effectively and maintained through the lifecycle of the project
• Lead development of and maintain the Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO9001/ IATF1649 standards
• Act as Management Representative for internal and external audits related to quality management systems
• Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns, ensure effective resolution of issues and maintain strong relationships
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement; lead initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain calibration program to ensure that all measurement and test equipment is kept according to industry standards
• Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Quality Assurance Manager

• Assist with developing, validating, and optimizing heat treat recipes
• Collect and analyze process data; perform sample preparation, hardness testing, and dimensional checks
• Support process troubleshooting using structured problem-solving techniques
• Participate in controlled trials, screening studies, and basic Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Provide daily production support and help respond to process deviations
• Help draft work instructions, setup sheets, and reaction plans
• Perform basic fixturing reviews and support distortion measurement activities
• Work with Quality and Metrology teams to maintain process documentation and KPIs
• Assist with launch activities, sample runs, and PPAP preparation
• Engage with vendors, labs, and equipment suppliers
