About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting directly to the Q. A. Manager the Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible to ensure implementation and execution of the QMS (Quality Management System)
- Set an example for all plant employees by performing all quality functions in a safe manner
- Ensure that product realization processes meet all applicable specifications and standards
- Performs internal process audits to verify QMS effectiveness
- Actively ensures compliance with the Nortrak’s QMS
- Liaises with customer inspectors
- Adhere to Nortrak's Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other suitable discipline
- 1 to 3 years’ related experience in inspection
- Knowledge in using variety of industry tools for calibration purposes
- Knowledge of reading blueprints and specifications
- Sound knowledge of MS Office standard, MS Projects and special programs (i.e.: MS Vision, MS SharePoint)
