About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting directly to the Q. A. Manager the Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible to ensure implementation and execution of the QMS (Quality Management System)
Set an example for all plant employees by performing all quality functions in a safe manner
Ensure that product realization processes meet all applicable specifications and standards
Performs internal process audits to verify QMS effectiveness
Actively ensures compliance with the Nortrak’s QMS
Liaises with customer inspectors
Adhere to Nortrak's Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other suitable discipline
1 to 3 years’ related experience in inspection
Knowledge in using variety of industry tools for calibration purposes
Knowledge of reading blueprints and specifications
Sound knowledge of MS Office standard, MS Projects and special programs (i.e.: MS Vision, MS SharePoint)
