About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide assistance to production crews in mechanical and machine operations
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure spares availability
- Complete maintenance functions of all utilities like cranes, sand plant, compressors, grinders, etc.
- Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, (AC & DC) under supervision
- Build electrical control cabinets under supervision
- Perform repairs on electronic equipment under supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required (preferred where applicable)
- Minimum of two (2) years of technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least one (1) year of mechanical experience, including hydraulics, electronics repair, or related applications
- Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred
- Four (4) years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documents preferred
