About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinates all safety initiatives and maintains safety records.
Champions and promotes our safety culture with all employees.
Maintains HR data in HRIS system for all employees accurately and efficiently.
Consistently meets scheduled commitments and accurate processing of payroll, benefits, attendance program, data entry and compliance with policies and procedures.
Supports employee relations through administration of employee programs and policies and planning and coordinating Company/employee events.
Completes the exit interview process and processes terminations according to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related fields is preferred.
3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Experience in administering and communicating benefit programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with ADP HRIS and Krono’s software is preferred.
