About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinates all safety initiatives and maintains safety records.
  • Champions and promotes our safety culture with all employees.
  • Maintains HR data in HRIS system for all employees accurately and efficiently.
  • Consistently meets scheduled commitments and accurate processing of payroll, benefits, attendance program, data entry and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Supports employee relations through administration of employee programs and policies and planning and coordinating Company/employee events.
  • Completes the exit interview process and processes terminations according to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related fields is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Experience in administering and communicating benefit programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ADP HRIS and Krono’s software is preferred.
