About the role
- Provide first-line Atlassian product support; resolve issues in queues
- Gather requirements and escalate to senior colleagues
- After onboarding: lead basic Jira training for teams and individuals
- Support nearly 1,000 users daily
- Create technical documentation
- Test new ecosystem solutions
- Develop innovative solutions applicable across the entire organisation
- Participate in the advancement of IT and banking systems for the international UniCredit initiative
- Collaborate with esteemed professionals within the industry
Requirements
- English B2 or higher
- Ability to quickly grasp diverse technical concepts
- Familiarity with Atlassian cloud tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) is an advantage (at least as a user)
- Willingness to learn and understand new processes, primarily IT and banking
- Proficient Excel skills are a plus
- Discipline, thoroughness, and initiative are essential; as a small team, we expect you to act independently when you know what needs to be done
- Ability to write documentation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Java/Groovy knowledge is a plus
