Key responsibilities & impact

The Complex Programme Manager is responsible for the successful mobilisation and delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects
Lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple product lines, navigate complex stakeholder environments
Develop comprehensive programme plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and communication strategies
Oversee the execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and milestones
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Relevant Degree / Diploma
PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent experience
7+ years’ work experience in a program/project management or related environment
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks
Extensive experience in complex solutions deployment
Technical Competencies: Business development skills – unlocking opportunity based on customers’ business requirements
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Primavera
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Familiarity with project challenges and solutions in government-related and private sector projects
