About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure uninterrupted network performance
- Manage incidents proactively and reactively within defined SLAs to support optimal customer experience
- Perform first-level triage, diagnostics, and coordination across multiple resolver teams
- Analyse network KPIs and investigate quality degradation and customer complaints
- Support automation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and service reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years in roaming technologies or telecom core network operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Educational background: Engineering graduate
- Technical expertise in core network technologies such as SS7, SMS/SMPP, LTE
- Working knowledge of core platforms including STP and DRA/DEA
- Understanding of roaming platform integration with traditional telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment with collaborative working style
