About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver in-scope lifecycle management mitigation activities across customer NTE/CPE estates
  • Perform IOS patching, configuration management, vulnerability remediation, and end-of-life management activities on WAN and LAN devices
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
  • Contribute to service reliability, service quality, and overall technical delivery performance in line with customer and business objectives
  • Participate in LWI activities and process reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation
  • Proactively prioritise and manage workload, driving tasks through to completion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in IOS patching, remote device upgrades, configuration management, vulnerability management, and end-of-life activities across customer CPE/NTE environments
  • Confident working with IP networking technologies, ideally within Cisco, Juniper, and ADVA environments
  • Qualified to an industry-recognised associate-level certification, with a sound understanding of data network topologies and principles
