About the role

  • Become a trusted Security partner for business, IT, and Network teams
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for relevant security projects and activities
  • Continuous cooperation with involved business, IT & Network departments throughout the duration of the projects
  • Participate in innovative initiatives
  • Coordinates and work closely with different project teams to ensure security controls and procedures are understood and successfully implemented
  • Assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and procedures and identifies potential opportunities for process improvements
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on projects
  • Conducting and executing security reviews
  • Defining and evaluating project proposals following a Secure-by-Design approach
  • Designs and implements Group Cyber strategy

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
  • Deep understanding of the latest cybersecurity technologies, practices, and frameworks
  • Focused on the timely delivery of results
  • Team player with a broader Cybersecurity community
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST frameworks
  • Knowledge of IT systems and architectures, with a strong grasp of cloud security, network security, and data security solutions
  • High-level analytical skills to assess security systems, foresee potential vulnerabilities, and devise strategies to mitigate risks
  • Understanding of networking protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is must, Czech is an advantage)
