About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implementation of commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract management, property management, and marketing
Independent creation and adherence to project schedules , as well as efficient resource planning
Responsibility for rental and usage contracts related to the construction and operation of telecommunications facilities
Ensuring legal validity and compliance with approval guidelines while considering quality and cost-effectiveness requirements
Monitoring and acceptance of acquisition services until handover to the relevant departments
Ensuring compliance with the project- and technology-specific rollout budget, considering economic, technical, and legal framework conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed studies in a technical or legal field
More than five years of experience in mobile site acquisition
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and project management
High proficiency in MS Excel and other database/project management tracking tools
Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
Conceptual and analytical thinking as well as communication skills
