Key responsibilities & impact

Build new virtual instances of firewalls
Collaborate with customers to obtain firewall rules
Work with internal teams to complete customer onboarding
Complete firewall provisioning within SLA
Proactively monitor firewalls using monitoring tools and address alerts
Handle customer-initiated incidents
Escalate cases to Level 2 with a triage within SLA
Analyse and implement changes raised by customers without causing outages
Ensure all changes are implemented within SLA
