  • Build new virtual instances of firewalls
  • Collaborate with customers to obtain firewall rules
  • Work with internal teams to complete customer onboarding
  • Complete firewall provisioning within SLA
  • Proactively monitor firewalls using monitoring tools and address alerts
  • Handle customer-initiated incidents
  • Escalate cases to Level 2 with a triage within SLA

  • Proficient in building virtual instances of firewalls
  • Skilled in collaborating with customers and internal teams

  • Adept at analysing and implementing changes without causing outages
