About the role

  • You achieve the annual targets for the portfolio you are responsible for and the assigned sales region by formulating the strategy to meet revenue and acquisition goals, taking market developments into account and aligned with central and regional P&L.
  • You act as Executive Sponsor for key customer relationships in the assigned sales region, are responsible for personnel development, and drive relevant training concepts in coordination with the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Based on the sales strategy, you define short- and mid-term objectives, including campaigns/CVM, by setting KPIs and action plans for new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • You act as a change agent for the continuous development of your team’s solution sales capabilities in coordination with the Senior Sales Manager.
  • You are responsible for meeting annual targets and for monitoring and steering business development in the assigned sales region.
  • You support regional business development and are responsible for coordinating activities and initiatives in the assigned sales region.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience and at least 3 years of leadership experience in IT/Cloud/Security/AI direct sales, ideally with experience in an expert/overlay structure.
  • Confidence and presence at decision-maker level, as well as a resilient personality.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills and the ability to develop quick, pragmatic solutions.
  • Adaptability to customer needs and the ability to design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Solid knowledge of IT and cloud solutions, with the ability to sell and implement them.
  • Ability to lead a team and to coach and develop employees.
  • Business-fluent English, spoken and written (C1 CEFR).
