About the role
- Craft, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that handle testing functions automatically.
- Analyze system design documents to create comprehensive test suites for effective test delivery.
- Develop detailed test plans based on document analysis.
- Assess project complexity and component interdependencies to provide precise time and resource estimates for testing.
- Generate periodic test reports and keep the traceability matrix current.
- Formulate test strategies and ensure their proper implementation along with the test plan.
- Analyze test results post-testing period and compile a 'lessons learned' list to enhance future testing processes.
Requirements
- Expertise in Web Services REST, SOAP – both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in API Testing.
- Experience in requirements development (use cases, functional specifications, user interface specifications) and object-oriented analysis.
- Skilled in managing test environments.
- Proficient in English.
- Bonus points for knowledge of Azure Cloud, Postman and Python.
