About the role

  • You will support the development of a new in-house campaign platform (Octopus) on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as an Expert Customer Data Analyst (m/f/d).
  • You will develop solutions in Python and SQL to enable precise customer selection.
  • You will apply mathematical optimization methods to determine the best offers for our customers and marketing strategies.
  • You will ensure the efficient use of modern agentic AI tools to automate and improve our campaign processes.
  • You will be the expert for the commercial integration of scorings and customer segmentations into campaign planning.
  • You will design and implement experimental designs and A/B tests to continuously optimize our customer approach.

Requirements

  • A completed degree (university of applied sciences or university) with an analytical or data-related focus.
  • Must-have: Solid knowledge of SQL.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Airflow, Python, GCP architectures, and campaign management.
  • Strong conceptual skills and analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in process management and big data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Very good English skills (at least B2 level according to the CEFR).
