About the role
- As a Marketing Analyst, you develop and identify innovative solutions for structuring, integrating and visualizing data and customer information to design and ensure dashboards, scoring models, triggers and simulations.
- You act as the subject-matter expert responsible for continuous process optimization.
- You monitor KPIs and their documentation and create work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- You identify automation and process-optimization opportunities to achieve process goals (Time, Cost, Quality) in line with the department objective “Customer Focus” and independently and proactively develop implementation proposals, leveraging the latest system capabilities.
- You run workshops with users to jointly identify process improvement opportunities, evaluate them and implement the agreed measures.
- You provide targeted support to users and help advance the company’s objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university or university of applied sciences.
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency with fundamental mathematical and statistical tools.
- Project management experience (1–3 years), including at least subproject leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Fluent English, written and spoken (B2 CEFR).
