About the role
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities following the Vodafone Way of Selling process.
- Conduct pre-call research to understand prospects’ business drivers and position Vodafone solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with field sales throughout the sales cycle to ensure solution delivery and revenue achievement.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintaining at least 4x sales target coverage.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure opportunities do not become stuck or stale.
- Support client sales teams by providing insights and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales role selling B2B solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- A highly driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for success.
- Skilled in engaging partners through value-based business conversations.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact confidently at all organisational levels.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and customer challenges.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
