About the role

  • Perform fault troubleshooting, identification, and resolution for Vodafone Germany Enterprise Customers
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets effectively
  • Work on a rotational shift basis, providing 24/7 support including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations within IP complex solutions
  • Basic IP and voice knowledge, with experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products and portfolio tools is desirable
  • Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level
  • Strong analytical skills.
