About the role
- Perform fault troubleshooting, identification, and resolution for Vodafone Germany Enterprise Customers
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets effectively
- Work on a rotational shift basis, providing 24/7 support including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations within IP complex solutions
- Basic IP and voice knowledge, with experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products and portfolio tools is desirable
- Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level
- Strong analytical skills.
