About the role

  • Responsible for administering, maintaining and supporting M-Pesa systems
  • Assess feasibility, impact & cost, and address all processes/workflow components
  • Develop TRPs for m-pesa systems and ensure they are tested
  • Provide systems capacity management plans and reports
  • Develop a comprehensive up to date technical and logical architecture for all m-pesa systems
  • Keep an up to date inventory of all m-pesa systems
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders by facilitating forums/technical discussions

Requirements

  • Degree in BSc Computer Science (or similar tertiary qualifications)
  • 2 to 5 years systems support and it service management experience
  • Experience in administration, maintenance, and support of financial systems
  • Experience in understanding of integration of multiple different systems and APIs
