About the role
- Responsible for administering, maintaining and supporting M-Pesa systems
- Assess feasibility, impact & cost, and address all processes/workflow components
- Develop TRPs for m-pesa systems and ensure they are tested
- Provide systems capacity management plans and reports
- Develop a comprehensive up to date technical and logical architecture for all m-pesa systems
- Keep an up to date inventory of all m-pesa systems
- Foster relationships with stakeholders by facilitating forums/technical discussions
Requirements
- Degree in BSc Computer Science (or similar tertiary qualifications)
- 2 to 5 years systems support and it service management experience
- Experience in administration, maintenance, and support of financial systems
- Experience in understanding of integration of multiple different systems and APIs
