About the role

  • Implement and manage the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) framework within the Technology Shared Services Centre in Romania.
  • Focus on identifying, prioritising, and delivering improvement opportunities that align services with evolving business needs.
  • Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Enhance employee engagement and drive operational excellence across the centre.
  • Manage the improvement project pipeline, prepare business cases, and oversee initiatives across TSSR.
  • Lead Six Sigma projects and coach team members to build capability.
  • Continuously refine the CSI framework through collaboration with CI leads in other centres.
  • Track and report benefits delivered by CSI initiatives.
  • Contribute to methodology, standards, KPI development, best practices, and internal communications within TSSR and across TSSCs.

Requirements

  • Experienced in establishing or driving Lean/Six Sigma disciplines within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering principles.
  • Results-oriented with analytical and adaptable thinking.
  • Inspirational communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Holds Six Sigma Green Belt certification with at least 3 years of project experience as a Lean practitioner.
  • ITIL V3 certified with practical application experience.
  • Fluent in English and possesses medium-level financial acumen to track performance indicators.
