About the role
- Generating/increasing revenue through existing/new accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through technically support selling VF products, services & solutions.
- Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their business requirements and design tailored fixed connectivity solutions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to the sales team, supporting them in Enterprise customers engagements.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs by preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in fixed connectivity.
- Maintain accurate records of presales activities, proposals, and Enterprise customers interactions.
- Build strong relationships with Enterprise customers to establish trust and drive long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in presales or technical sales roles within the telecom or IT sector.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering successful technical proposals for fixed connectivity solutions.
- Very good understanding in Vodafone Mobile & fixed connectivity solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
