About the role

  • Generating/increasing revenue through existing/new accounts in specific industry/segment/territory through technically support selling VF products, services & solutions.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their business requirements and design tailored fixed connectivity solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to the sales team, supporting them in Enterprise customers engagements.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs by preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in fixed connectivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of presales activities, proposals, and Enterprise customers interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with Enterprise customers to establish trust and drive long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ years of experience in presales or technical sales roles within the telecom or IT sector.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technical proposals for fixed connectivity solutions.
  • Very good understanding in Vodafone Mobile & fixed connectivity solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
