- Develop a solid understanding of large segment customers and account needs and triggers throughout life cycle
- Develop post assessment analysis to measure the impact of the proposition on segments KPIs
- Provide key assumptions for the detailed budget on all KPIs based on analysis results
- Achieving large budget segment Gross Adds, Churn, Net Adds & Revenues
- Market Share Enhancement of quota and pointing system/process with Sales
