About the role
- Own and manage the product backlog, defining and prioritising features.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with developers.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Drive product strategy, balancing technical debt, feature development, and customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, and tool selection.
- Mentor and support technical teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Deliver high-quality features on time and adapt to changing business requirements.
Requirements
- Experienced in technical roles (8+ years), including development and product ownership.
- Skilled in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, Spring Boot), Microservices, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, caching, and performance tuning.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
- Strong communicator with leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
