About the role

  • Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve faults for Vodafone Germany enterprise customers.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and meet agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets.
  • Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations for IP complex solutions.
  • Basic IP and voice knowledge; experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products is desirable.
  • Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.
  • Strong analytical skills.
