About the role
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve faults for Vodafone Germany enterprise customers.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA and meet agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal competence teams, carriers, and third parties to resolve tickets.
- Work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting and network operations for IP complex solutions.
- Basic IP and voice knowledge; experience in routing, switching, and IP services (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Vodafone fixed, mobile, and convergence products is desirable.
- Excellent customer orientation and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.
- Strong analytical skills.
