About the role
- Create sales orders and post customer invoices/credit notes
- Dispatch customer invoices and manage cash allocation and clearing
- Process customer refunds and perform collections activities
- Send statements of accounts and handle basic email queries
- Support backup tasks during the absence of primary resources
- Ensure all activities are completed with 100% accuracy and within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in similar activities
- Intermediate English proficiency and intermediate Italian proficiency for market support
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and strong team collaboration abilities
