About the role
- You are responsible as Lead Solution Designer (m/f/d) for the overarching solution designs in the IT implementation of our department.
- You create system impact analyses as well as solution concepts and designs and ensure implementation together with our external and internal service providers and partners.
- You take ownership of escalation management up to the management team (AL and HAL level).
- You manage the timely delivery of the IT solution design, taking into account the best cost–benefit ratio with a high level of commitment and accuracy.
- Your focus is on aligning cross-functional solution concepts in complex enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
- A completed degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture or solution design; software development and/or IT project management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
- Solid knowledge and experience with efficient and innovative methods of system analysis and software development, and several years of experience collaborating with and managing external solution partners.
- Above-average, well-rounded methodological, interpersonal and leadership skills and a continuous curiosity for innovation.
- Very good German and English skills (C1 CEFR).
