About the role
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture and refine sourcing requirements.
- Manage sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions) using Vodafone platforms.
- Suggest sourcing approaches, evaluation criteria, and supplier lists.
- Benchmark supplier submissions and prepare recommendation reports for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Vodafone procurement standards, including ESG and governance frameworks.
- Operate sourcing platforms and maintain documentation for approvals and tracking.
- Support workshops, spend analysis, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Collaborate with category teams for reporting, contract status, and savings updates.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., AVA, Ariba).
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable sourcing requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent German skills are a plus.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
